River's Edge Lodge 3

River’s Edge Lodge 3 is a 2 story, 4 bedroom and 4.5 baths lodge. It has a large open concept kitchen, dining room and living room. This area is great for entertaining a group of 18 guests. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all your needs. The bar and two dining tables will seat a crowd. The living area and dining area are accented with large glass windows where guests can take in the view of the river or the gorgeous hills in the surrounding area.  The downstairs opens onto a large deck complete with outdoor chairs and a picnic table. An additional side patio has a BBQ pit and fire ring. There is a 1/2 bath downstairs by the front entrance. 

The master bedroom downstairs has a king size bed and private bath with a tub/shower.  

Bedroom 2 upstairs is a bunk room with two queen size bunkbeds and a private bath with shower.

Bedroom 3 upstairs has one queen bunk and one twin bunk with a private bathroom and standup shower directly outside the bedroom. 

Bedroom 4 upstairs has one queen bed with a private bathroom with a tub/shower.  

Peak season price –  $775/night.  Spring Break price – $450/night.  Off-season price – $395/night.

Resort fee – $200.  This includes linens provided, cleaning fee, swimming pool (heating of pool), private riverbank, basketball goal, volleyball court.
